Well the 2142 8v8 cal team came out slugging tonight, in our first ever cal regular season match. Grabbing a 2-1 victory over Ghosts of Darkness. Round 1- PAC: GoD came out with a great strat in the first round that caught us completely off guard with a apc flanking mission to our back spawn, but after the initial startle, BoS put it together and pushed forward on Verdun into the Church Spawn point, which is where the rest of the battle would take place. With BoS unable to retake church, we lost the first round 25-0, but fought hard, and we knew what needed to be done when we switched sides for round 2. Round2- EU: For Round 2 we were expecting the apc flank that killed us in the first round, saw it coming, and were able to destroy their flanking run before it even got started. With BoS in control of the Church, we set up our defensive lines with infantry, and had our walker and apc moving to whichever side they attacked from. With great communication, and excellent gun and rocket skills, we were able to keep them at bay and off our flanks for a BoS victory in round 2 of 82-0. Overtime!! Round 3- EU For the over time round we chose EU since we won by large margin. We started off the same expecting the APC to come on our flank, but it never did, so our armor pushed on ahead to the church, where we found their apc and walker waiting for ours, after a chaotic battle raging for many minutes at the church, BoS was finally able to capture the Church spawn point, which we were able to hold off for the rest of the game and clinched a BoS victory of 76-0. Great job tonight to everyone who played. Starting line up was: Furby FurbyNade Father and Ourmanbones as infantry. DesertFox and Erzach in the Walker. Latex_Fist in APC. Spank as commander. |

triple F's looks nasty...lol but anyways... no mvp like we did in bf2 kidna gives me a tear :'( but oh well... its nice to give some recognition to those that stand out every now and then however if i had to do it myself i dont think i could give an mvp to anyone at the moment... everyone did a gj gg's |

ya i didnt know who to put as mvp i thought everyone did an outstanding job, but from now on, after every match, send ur mvp vote in xfire to me and why u chose them, i will put whomever gets the most votes as the mvp. |
