Post subject:	CAL CoD 4 Season 2 Playoffs - Round 1
The Call of Duty 4 team is gearing up for our first showing in the CAL CoD4 playoffs. This year there will be three CAL Open champs, one from each division, and we hope to make it to the finals and potentially claim the title of Season 2 Atlantic Champs. The Atlantic division in CAL for CoD 4 is by far the largest and strongest division out of all three. Sunday, August 3rd our CoD 4 team (#4, 7-1) squares up against WildSide (#29, 5-3) on mp_strike. Even though this team has a 5-3 record, we know from previous years of experience to never underestimate an opponent. We'll go into each and every game like we're playing the finals as we hope to make a strong run in the playoffs and potentially bypass CAL-IM and go straight to CAL-Main. We feel pretty confident going into this match though based on WildSide's season history against teams that we beat pretty easily. It should be a great match for both teams and we look forward to continue writing pages into this season's history books. Black Ops Squadron was able to close out the regular season 7-1, falling short of a perfect season by way of an 11-13 loss to Clean in Week 3. The CoD 4 team was able to finish top 10 overall out of 400 teams and finish #4 in the Atlantic Division.
